Ford Ranger voted as Europe’s safest pickup again
The Ford Ranger has once again found itself being commended for its safety features, this time by a new series of tests that have been introduced by the safety organisation NCAP.
Classed as the toughest ever safety assessment, the 2012 Euro NCAP ratings award gave a clear indication of just how highly regarded that the Ford Ranger has become within the European vehicle market.
Receiving the maximum five star rating again, the Ranger still remains the only pickup with the accolade on the market.
The Ranger includes several safety features that have put it steps ahead of its competitors, such as an advanced front bumper made from an energy absorbing material.
The popular pickup is now available from new Ford vans dealers across the country such as Foray vans.
